Subject: Request to participate in the Business Matching (B2B) meeting with the Gansu (China) Delegation
Dear Madam/Sir,
In reference to our circular email dated Mar 13, 2019 from FNCCI, we would like to inform you again that 92 Chinese companies are participating in the Nepal International Trade Fair (NITF) 2019, which is going to be organized by FNCCI, from 28th March to 1st April, at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, Nepal.
During the Trade Fair, 44 Chinese participating companies are interested to seek investment and business opportunities with Nepalese companies/ businessmen and want to have meeting with Nepalese businessman to learn about the prospects of investment in joint ventures as well as business cooperation. Some major business areas of the Chinese delegates are: Agriculture, Fashion Industry (Especially Clothing), Beauty Products, Food Industry, Herbal Products, Pharmaceuticals, Sports items, Jewelry, and so on. Please check the attached list for more details.
In this regard, FNCCI, jointly with Department of Commerce of Gansu Province, has arranged the Business Matching (B2B) Meeting with the visiting Gansu (China) Delegation on the following time, date and venue:
Program: B2B Matching Meeting with the Gansu (China) Business Delegation
Time: 2.00 PM – 5.00 PM
Date: Friday, 29 March, 2019 (15 Chaitra, 2075)
Venue: Banquet Hall, Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat, Kathmandu
In the Business Matching Meeting, from Chinese side: Deputy Director of Department of Commerce of Gansu Province, Deputy Mayor of Lanzhou, Deputy Director General of Trade Development Bureau of Ministry of Commerce of China, Mr. Zhang Fan, Commercial Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Nepal are the main guests as speakers. From Nepal side: Ms. Bhawani Rana, President of FNCCI, will be the speaker. Minister / Secretary of Ministry of Industry Commerce and Supplies of Nepal, has been invited as Chief Guest and speaker.
FNCCI requests your active participation in the above mentioned meeting. In this regard, please confirm your participation in the above mentioned program by sending your name, designation, company name and areas of interest (if possible please mention the Chinese companies you want to meet), as soon as possible by Monday 25th March, 2019, so that we can book your seats.
The Chinese side are expecting at least 100 participants from Nepalese side in the program. So DCCIs, Commodity Associations, and Bi-national Chambers are requested to send a sizeable participants from your organization in the program (around 10)
