Establishing an Employer Led Labour Market Secretariat (ELMS) is a project led by Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FNCCI) in collaboration with Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), Federation of Nepalese Cottage and Small Scale Industry (FNCSI), Federation of Contractors Association of Nepal (FCAN) and Hotel Association of Nepal (HAN). It is supported under the Dakchyata: TVET Practical Partnership managed by the British Council and funded by the European Union. The objective of the project is to create a model for Employer Associations to conduct harmonized demand side Labour Market Information (LMI) activities. ELMS Project invites the applicants to apply for the following positions: 

1.    Service: Project  Auditing  

ELMS Project and its 5 implementing partners have incurred approximately NPR. 6.5 million Sum total of expenditure during the period from 1st November 2021 to 30thSeptember 2022.  The books of account are maintained both on tally and manually in ELMS Operation Unit and Partner Offices. 

Qualification and Experience: 

-    Reputed Chartered Accounting Firm 
-    Prior at least 3 years of experience of Audits, preferably in donor funded projects (Preferably EU funded projects)
-    Independent firm and must commit to undertake the audit in accordance with the IFAC Standards and Ethics
-    Registered under Government of Nepal

Submission: 

Company cansubmit sealed technical and financial proposal along with the legal documents below:

-    Company/firm registration certificate
-    VAT/PAN Certificate
-    Latest tax clearance certificate
-    Updated resumes of Audit members 
-    Academic, professional certificates and other credentials

Send the sealed bid proposal to the ELMS Project Office, FNCCI Building,Teku, Kathmandu by no later than 12 PM by 18th September 2022, CoB
